Coffee Cake

Cake
4 c flour
1 c sugar
2 T baking p
1 t salt
2 beaten eggs
1 1/3 milk
2/3 oil
Streusel
1 c br sugar
4 T flour
8 T cold butter
2 t cinnamon

400’ 20-25

Double, triple, or quadruple the streusel, always.

    I think tripling the struesel will suffice... I quadrupled it this weekend and it was too much! The cake took almost an hour to bake.
