Sweet Cornbread

Jordan's Favorite Cornbread recipe!  It doesn't need any extra toppings.

1/2 c Corn Flour
1 1/2 c Flour
2/3 c Sugar
1 T Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/4 c Milk
1/3  c Oil
2 Eggs
3 T Butter, Melted
1 T Honey

Mix dry ingredients together then add in the rest. Mix well. Pour into greased 8" or 9" square pan.  Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

  1. Do you mean corn meal, or is there such a thing as corn flour, that I've never been aware of? :)
