½ tsp. Salt
¾ c. Sugar
½ c. Vinegar
3T. Oil
3-4 cans Beans, drained & rinsed
½ c. Celery, diced
½ c. Green Pepper, thinly sliced
¼ c. Onion, thinly sliced
2 Hard Boiled Eggs, sliced
Mix salt, sugar,
vinegar, and oil together then combine all the ingredients, refrigerate.
*This recipe is gluten free if your beans are. Bush beans are all gluten free.*
